– 1 cup gram flour (besan)
– A pinch of turmeric powder
– A pinch of red chili powder
– Salt to taste
– Water to make a smooth batter

For the Gravy:
– 2 tablespoons oil or ghee

– 1/2 cup tomato puree
– 1/2 cup fresh cream
– 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
– 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
– 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
– 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

– 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
